Zarin Jam Marina – “Sun Star”

Zarin Jam Marina, trading as Sun Star, was set up as a planting scheme in agreement with an office environment. By integrating plants into the spatial structure, the project works to improve the quality of the workplace and produce a more human, more balanced space.

Green elements are placed across the different levels of the building so that visual continuity and spatial coherence hold across the whole complex. The presence of the plants brings calm, supports the order and balance of the office floors, and is defined as an inseparable part of the working environment rather than a decorative role.
